Leadership is always human. It is about human development, human behaviour, human aspirations, human dreams, human emotions and human involvement. We select the purpose of leadership by considering the scope for growth and opportunities and scientifically analysing all available information.

In a democratic society, the success of a strategy is dependent on human and humanity. The execution of such strategies becomes perfect and enjoyable because of high acceptability and growth prospects.

Getting comfortable with uncertainty, crisis and failure in these changing times is imperative. Today, in business, in community, in personal life, calling a business meeting at 30 minutes’ notice, coping with cyclone, flood or any other natural calamity as a community, arranging a social get-together or planning a family trip just after huge loss in business have become part and parcel of everyday life. So being spontaneous in taking decisions is very essential.

Social status comes from taking responsibility, contributing selflessly for others and deriving satisfaction from their acknowledgement. When a person shoulders the responsibility of driving a business forward, s/he should not be bothered about recognition. Introducing new processes of creation of new knowledge and wealth underlines their competency and invite accolades.

When troops strategise at a critical moment on the battleground, it involves the lives of hundreds of people and a nation. At that tactical juncture, when a strategy is executed, the leader takes the responsibility of failure and victory for the nation.

Leadership comes from taking ownership of a job, executing it and thus achieving success. Leaders never run after titles, they love to take up responsibilities, execute them, set examples and derive happiness from the success of others.
